Victoria Falls 2 Night Break

From $280

Day 1:

Departure

Upon arrival in the Falls, you will be transferred to the A’Zambezi River Lodge.  This beautiful lodge is set on the riverbanks, renowned for its sparkling pool that is set in luscious lawns.

A sun set cruise will round off your welcome.  On board snacks and drinks can substitute a dinner, if you wish.

Day 2

Jump on the free shuttle to Vic Falls town (it runs regularly throughout the day).  In town you may wish to take yourself on a tour of the Falls (remember your passport for a SADC discount).  From there head onto the curio market, it’s worth a visit and doesn’t have just the run of mill goods!

If you’d like to book a few of the many activities on offer, we’d recommend pre-booking it to avoid availability issues but also to ensure the best rate.

Dinner tonight will be at the Amulonga dinner.  Overlooking the Zambezi River and includes a traditional dance and music display.

Day 3

Depending on your flight time, you may have time for a last minute explore after breakfast.  After which, a quick 20 min transfer will take you back to the Airport for your departure flight home.

How it all started

Our Story Savannah Adventures

Savannah Adventures began with a simple handshake during the COVID pandemic, when Matt Dohling and Taf Mashiri realised they shared the same vision: safaris should remain personal, honest, sustainable, and respectful of the traditions of the African bush.

Matt brought years of tourism experience and strong online know-how. Taf, a local entrepreneur deeply connected to Victoria Falls, learned guiding the classic way. Their strengths aligned naturally.

They never set out to create “just another operator,” but to revive traditional guiding: small groups, no large buses, open 4x4 jeeps, real conversations, personal contact, and customised safaris. Early mornings scented with dew and dust, and sunsets over the Zambezi remind guests what Africa has always offered — space, silence, authenticity.

Savannah Adventures grew step by step: one vehicle at a time and one trusted guide at a time. Nothing rushed. Nothing outsourced. Just steady, honest work built on trust, sustainability, and respect for the wilderness.

Today, Savannah Adventures stands for handcrafted safaris that honour the land and the wildlife. Matt and Taf continue to lead side by side, carrying forward the true spirit of the African bush every day.
